I had been waiting to give my DS some spinach d...

I had been waiting to give my DS some spinach due to all its nutrients, but wasn't sure how to prepare it. Then at Woolworths I found spinach cubes put out by Heinz, it can be found in the frozen foods section with all the pea corn etc. I just put it in the mircrowave for 15 seconds then mix with my DS normal vegies. He loves it plus its good for him. Just thought I would let every one know. Cheers
